PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR USING INTERVIEW SLAYER, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SERVICE.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Interview Slayer, operator of interviewslayer.com. By purchasing, accessing, or using the Service in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Interview Slayer provides an automated platform that generates personalized interview preparation materials based on information you submit. Materials are generated by automated systems, not by licensed career counselors. We make no guarantee that generated questions will appear in any actual interview.
THE SERVICE AND ALL MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
You must be at least 16 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. The resume and materials you submit must belong to you or you must have explicit written authorization from the individual whose materials you are submitting.
Upon confirmed payment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access your generated Materials for thirty (30) days from the date of purchase, solely for personal, non-commercial interview preparation. You may not share, transfer, sell, or sublicense your access credentials.
You agree not to submit false or fraudulent resume information, attempt to reverse-engineer the Service, use bots or scraping tools, or use the Service to facilitate fraud in any employment process.
If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within thirty (30) calendar days of your original purchase date by emailing support@interviewslayer.com or submitting a support request. One refund per customer email address. Access is immediately terminated upon refund approval.
Interview Slayer and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in the Service, including all underlying technology, algorithms, and trademarks. You retain ownership of the resume and materials you submit.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US ($14.99 USD). WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
Disputes shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration under AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules, conducted remotely or in the State of Utah. Class action waiver applies. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court in Utah.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
