Interview Slayer is committed to protecting your privacy. This Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service.
We collect: your email address (for delivery and account access), your resume content (to generate questions), job description text (if provided), and payment information processed securely by Stripe. We never store your card details.
Your email is used to deliver your questions, send access notifications, and respond to support requests. Your resume and job description are used solely to generate your personalized interview questions. We do not sell your data to any third parties.
Resume content and job descriptions are retained for 90 days after your 30-day access period expires, then permanently deleted. You may request immediate deletion at any time by emailing support@interviewslayer.com.
Refund Request Data: When you submit a refund request, we collect and retain your email correspondence, stated reason for refund, order details, refund decision, processing date, and IP address. This data is retained for seven (7) years to comply with financial record-keeping regulations.
All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. We follow industry-standard security practices. Your resume content is treated as highly sensitive and access is strictly limited.
We use minimal cookies for session management only. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising pixels.
If you are in the EU or California, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Contact support@interviewslayer.com. We respond within 30 days.
